DESCRIPTION

Developed in the context of industrial interfaces for digital I/O boards, the BCI 140 terminal block conditions 16 photocoupled inputs.

The channels are isolated from one another and from the system (≥ 1000V)

Each channel has:

filtering for high noise immunity

a precise triggering threshold

a wide safety zone against voltage surges

a switching display led

The presence of two commons per group of 8 channels avoids having to wire the “returns” in industrial installations.

Of compact and well-designed presentation (6U/5Te), the BCI 140 terminal block can be easily integrated into a BCI100-RACK 19 inches enclosure able to receive 16 terminal blocks to achieve a total of 256 I/O. The user has choice between terminals 3.81 pitch or LEMO plug 2 poles for the connectors.
